HDI Desktop Support Technician (HDI-DST) training focuses on key support center processes and concepts to improve overall support operations, as well as customer service and interpersonal skills that improve the customer’s experience.

This is an internationally recognized workshop for technical support professionals who provide in-person support to internal employees, remote workers, or external customers and require skills specific to this unique form of customer contact and individuals who are preparing for the HDI Desktop Support Technician certification exam.

What: Three-day workshop by Yehia Ismail (experienced HDI certified trainer)

Where: King’s Academy campus, Madaba-Manja

When: Monday, June 6, 2015 until Wednesday, June 8, 2015 from 08:00 to 16:00 (buffet lunch included)
