Middle School play Peter/Wendy tickles the imagination

The Middle School production of Jeremy Bloom’s Peter/Wendy, which ran on Tuesday and Wednesday evening this week, re-imagines J.M. Barrie’s classic Peter Pan stories through the eyes of a group of children trying to fall asleep one summer night. In the show, which represented the culmination of more than ten weeks of work, dedicated 7th and 8th grade actors stepped into the famous roles of Pan, Wendy, Hook, Tiger Lily, and more and grappled with challenging themes of relationships and what it means to grow up. The production featured beautiful sets and light design by the Arts Faculty.
