King’s students achieve top results in A-level Arabic exam

Forty-one King’s Academy students were awarded for their hard work when their results in the Edexcel International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) A-Level Arabic exams, which they sat for in June, were announced this week.

A total of 25 students earned the highest achievement of A*, including four students — Yousef Al-Labadi ’24, Jude Nofal ’24, Salma Bani-Amer ’24 and Jwana Tabbara ’24 — who achieved the highest mark possible, 200/200, ranking them among the world’s top achievers. A further 11 King’s students earned an impressive A, and the remaining five students earned a commendable B grade.

“These results are a testament to our students’ hard work as well as the high standard of Arabic education that they receive at King’s Academy," said Mu’nis Mhiedat, head of the Department of Communication, Rhetoric and Literary Arts - Arabic. "Congratulations to our outstanding students."
