King’s Academy celebrated the conclusion of the fourth Creative Arabic Competition, reinforcing its commitment to the Arabic language and student creativity across Jordan.

Organized in partnership with the Ministry of Education and with the support of Board of Trustees member Ali Shajrawi ’11, the competition brought together 504 students from public and private schools nationwide. Participants showcased their abilities in poetry, short story writing, public speaking, and theater.

After a rigorous selection process, 17 finalists advanced to the final stage, hosted on King’s Academy’s campus, where winners were recognized across all categories during the closing ceremony.

In his remarks, Mr. Shajrawi said: “Arabic is not a past we hang on the walls, but a future we carry in our voices, pens, and dreams. What we see today confirms that Arabic is still alive, capable, and inspiring in the hearts of young generations.”

The ceremony concluded with the distribution of certificates in a celebratory atmosphere reflecting pride in the Arabic language and its enduring role in shaping identity.
