Faculty gain new skills through professional development

King’s faculty members headed to the Dead Sea on March 2 and 3 to participate in the fourth Teacher Skills Forum, which focuses on teachers and classroom needs to enhance and improve the quality of teaching.

Additionally, on February 7 and 8, King’s faculty continued to develop their professional skills at a workshop organized by visiting Al-Quds Bard College for Arts and Science. The workshop offers writing strategies that help students gain a better understanding of complex ideas, historical documents, literary texts, and mathematical problems — a first step in creating finished literary essays, critical analyses or research papers.
