The King’s community mourns the loss of Abdullah Nusaibah, a beloved member of the Class of 2029, who passed away following a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Abdullah joined the King’s community in Grade 7 and was known for his kindness, positivity and calm nature. He was a dedicated student, talented athlete and musician and, above all, a young man of remarkable character.
Throughout his illness, Abdullah showed extraordinary strength and resilience. He continued to come to school, keep pace with his work and take part in the activities he loved whenever he could. His quiet determination, warmth and smile left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.
A Service of Remembrance was held in the Abdul Majeed Shoman Auditorium on September 13 to honor Abdullah’s life and celebrate his impact on the King’s community. The remarks shared in his memory can be viewed here.
May Abdullah’s memory remain a source of comfort to all who loved him, and may his soul rest in eternal peace.
