It is with profound sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Fawaz Abu Tayeh, a beloved member of our sophomore class, who died as a result of a tragic accident.
Fawaz joined the King's community in the seventh grade and, in the years since, left an indelible mark on our school. A respected and exemplary member of Sulafat House, he quietly embodied the respect, maturity, and ethical standards that define the King's experience. His teachers consistently spoke of him with both admiration and affection, recognizing in him not only a dedicated student but a young man of genuine character.
In the classroom and beyond, Fawaz represented the very best of what King's aspires to cultivate in its students and the bright promise of our future. His loss is deeply felt by all who knew him, and he will be remembered with lasting fondness and respect.
Your comments will be visible to all, and at a later date we will gather them in a memory book to share with his parents, Alia and Mohammed.
May Fawaz’s light continue to shine, and may he rest in eternal peace.
