The Role of School Counselors in Supporting Student Nutrition

This one-day workshop features school counselors from King’s Academy and medical doctors, mental health professionals and clinical dietitians from the Gastrointestinal, Bariatric and Metabolic Center at Jordan Hospital.

Targeting school counselors, this workshop will tackle and provide resources on how schools can support students in making healthy choices regarding their nutrition.

What: One-day workshop by King’s Academy school counselors and medical doctors, mental health professionals and clinical dietitians from the Gastrointestinal, Bariatric and Metabolic Center at Jordan Hospital

When: Saturday, November 11, 2017 from 09:00 to 13:00 (coffee break included)

Who: Workshop is open to school counselors

Cost: Free of charge

Transportation: Transportation by bus will be provided for registered participants. Pick-up point and time: Greater Amman Restaurant, 7th Circle at 08:00

Note: Registration deadline is on November 8.
