King’s Academy offers need-based financial assistance to a limited number of admitted students. Financial aid grants are based solely on an evaluation of the family’s ability to afford tuition, taking into account factors such as income, assets, debt and other educational and unavoidable medical expenses. It is expected that any family awarded financial aid make spending on education a priority over other lifestyle choices.
Families are expected to provide accurate and comprehensive financial information as part of the financial aid application process. The King's Academy Financial Aid Committee reserves the right to confirm any information provided in an effort to ensure that the school's financial aid funds are only supporting students with demonstrated, genuine need. Families who provide inaccurate or intentionally incomplete information are disqualified from receiving King’s Academy financial aid.
Families who wish to apply for financial aid must start the online admission application form simultaneously with the online financial aid application form and complete both forms by the January 19, 2017 deadline. Following receipt of both applications, along with all supporting documents, the Financial Aid Program Office will be able to consider the request of need-based assistance.
If any required materials are incomplete or are received after the deadline, the application will be deemed late and only considered on a case-by-case basis.
In almost all cases, applicants will receive a financial aid decision on the same date they receive an admission decision.
Any questions regarding the process should be directed to the Financial Aid Program Office.
