Mid-Year

To be included in mid-year application review and to receive an admissions decision by December 4, 2025, application requirements must be submitted by November 23, 2025.

Important Notes:

• Financial aid and merit scholarships are not available for mid-year candidates.
• The second semester begins on January 5, 2026; however, families are expected to arrive on the morning of January 4, 2026, for orientation.

To begin the application process, you must first submit an Admissions Information Request Form through our online application portal. Once submitted, you will receive an email with instructions to set up your account

After setting up your account and logging in to the admissions portal, click the ‘Candidate’ tab at the top of the page, then select ‘View Checklist.’ From there, you can manage your application and schedule your campus visit and interview.

A complete application checklist includes: the family information section, transcripts from the current and two previous years, recommendation forms from the candidate’s current math and English teachers, an interview, and scores from one of the required test types.
