Applicants should ensure that their recommenders are allowed enough time to complete their letters of recommendation and that they are aware of the application deadline date. Letters of recommendation must be submitted in envelopes sealed by the teacher. An application will not be reviewed until all the following forms have been received:

- Math teacher recommendation form
- English teacher recommendation form
- Arabic teacher recommendation form (if the applicant currently takes Arabic language)
The recommendation forms can be downloaded from the Online Admissions Application account.
The admissions interview is a required part of the application process. Interviews are a great way for us to gain a better understanding of who our applicants are, their interest in King’s Academy, and what unique characteristics they will bring to the school. The interview also helps applicants, their parents and the Admissions Committee mutually decide whether or not King’s Academy is the right fit for each applicant’s personality and interests.
In addition to the Secondary School Admissions Test fee (US $134/95 JD), there is also an application fee of US $70/50 JD. This amount is payable online or in person at King's Academy in either Jordanian Dinars (cash or check) or other currencies in cash. Please note that foreign currency checks are not accepted. Applicants from government schools in Jordan are exempt from paying these fees.
Any questions regarding the process should be directed to email@example.com.
King's Academy enrolls students who not only excel academically but who also demonstrate strong values, a desire to lead, maturity, adaptability, curiosity and creativity. As part of the admissions process, King's also considers a student's interest outside of class, including athletics, the arts, hobbies and other activities.
English is the primary language of instruction and all applicants must demonstrate the potential of a grade-appropriate level of English language proficiency.
King's Academy admits students in grades 7 through 12 but the numbers admitted into grades 11 and 12 are relatively small.
King's Academy Non-Discrimination Policy
King's Academy will admit students of any race, color, religion, creed and national origin as well as qualified disabled students to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the Academy. The Academy does not discriminate on the basis of any of the above in the administration of its educational policies, admission policies, scholarship or any other programs administered by the Academy.
Regular Decision 2019-2020
Regular decision admission deadline is January 10, 2019.
Students who are certain they want to enroll at King’s Academy next year are encouraged to apply for admissions under Early Decision. These are binding decisions, meaning the family must promise to enroll the student if he/she is admitted to King’s through Early Decision.
Early Decision applicants must complete the application process. Candidates will be reviewed by the Admissions Committee and then notified of the admission decision. Financial aid is not available for Early Decision applicants.
Families need to complete this early decision intention form and return it to the Office of Admissions to be considered.
Families are encouraged to fill out an inquiry form (if they haven’t already) and to sign up for an on-campus Discover King's session and one of our testing sessions as part of the admissions process. Families should contact the Office of Admissions if they have specific questions about the admission process.
