Scott Muller earned a Bachelor’s degree in history education from Lipscomb University and a Master of Education in 21st century teaching and learning from Wilkes University. After teaching in the New Jersey public school system, he taught history at the Country Day School in Costa Rica where he received the Teacher of the Year award in 2012.
Prior to joining King’s Academy in 2017 as a faculty member of AP Capstone, Mr. Muller led the AP Capstone program and chaired the history department at the American School of Kuwait (ASK). While there, he led professional development workshops and was a teacher-presenter at the Spring NESA conferences in 2013 and 2014. Mr. Muller has coached volleyball and basketball, assisted in directing theater productions and has been an advisor for Model United Nations.
