Raed Khanfar earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science from the Applied Science University in 2004. In 2009, he joined the Department of Educational Technology at King’s Academy, where he currently serves as a helpdesk manager.

Prior to joining King’s, Mr. Khanfar worked as a programmer in the IT department of the Ministry of Health in Amman and as a marketing and sales coordinator for Canada International IEE Inc. Middle East

Mr. Khanfar is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCP), an HDI Certified Desktop Support Technician and is ITIL certified in IT Service Management.
