Born in London, Muna Al-Alul moved to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia before relocating to Amman to complete her high school education. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in English language and literature from the University of Jordan in 2004.
During her final year at university, Ms. Al-Alul began working part-time at Union Marketing Group. She then worked at the American Chamber of Commerce for two years, followed by five years at the National Committee for Demining and Rehabilitation (NCDR), first as an international relations coordinator before being promoted to head of that department. She also served as a consultant for the Arab Mine Action Consultancy Company (AMACC), helping to implement the Spirit of Soccer Mine Risk Education for Syrian Refugees project.
Ms. Al-Alul has worked as a communications specialist for the USAID Building Economic Sustainability through Tourism Project since 2013. She joined King’s Academy in 2016 as a writer and editor in the Department of Communications and Publications.
