Born and raised in Udhailiyah, Saudi Arabia, Ghassan Gammoh was a member of King’s Academy’s first graduating class in 2010. He went on to attend Harvard University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in history with a minor in French.
While at Harvard, Mr. Gammoh was president of the Harvard-Radcliffe Chorus, vice president of the Society of Arab Students, worship leader with Harvard College Faith and Action and a member of the Harvard-Radcliffe Dramatic Club. He also volunteered at Mission Hill public schools and at Harvard Square Homeless Shelter.
Mr. Gammoh was “beyond excited” to join the Department of History and Social Studies at his alma mater as a teaching fellow in 2014. He became a faculty member in that department the following year.
