Cailey Cron obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Arabic and sociology from Middlebury College in 2014. She also studied at Middlebury’s Arabic Summer Language School and at the University of Jordan. During her time at Middlebury, she taught and performed improv comedy, wrote for the campus news blog Middbeat, and worked on the college’s organic farm.
After college, Ms. Cron’s interest in storytelling led her to the national oral history project StoryCorps, where she worked as a researcher, interviewer and editor.
Ms. Cron joined King’s Academy as a teaching fellow in the Department of Communication, Rhetoric and the Literary Arts (CRLA) in 2016, and the following year she became a faculty member in the same department.
