Amal Al-Muhtadi obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Arabic language and literature in 2002 from Irbid National University, graduating with high honors. She started her career as an Arabic-to-English translator, moved on to teaching English and then to teaching Arabic.
From 2004 and until she joined King’s Academy in 2007 as an Arabic teacher in the Department of Communication, Rhetoric and the Literary Arts (CRLA), Ms. Al-Muhtadi taught Arabic as a Second Language (ASL) and Islamic religion at Amman's Rawdat Al-Ma'aref School (RAMS).
Ms. Al-Muhtadi has written articles and critical reviews which have been published in both Jordan and Syria. In 2016, she became a librarian in the HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Library.
