Walid Abediseid
Walid Abediseid is an accomplished academic with 20+ years of experience in higher education, research, and institutional leadership. With a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, he previously held the position of Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering at Al-Ahliyya Amman University, where he taught advanced courses in communication systems, information theory, and engineering statistics. Dr. Abediseid also taught at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), where he led key academic initiatives, including the Ibn-Rushd Fellowship and the KAUST Gifted Student Program. He successfully managed International Science Olympiad training programs for Saudi students and partnered with international institutions to develop summer research camps. Dr. Abediseid’s research in wireless communication and information theory has been published in numerous peer-reviewed publications.
