Zeena Al Ali brings a strong background in psychology and student support services developed through her work in Jordan and the United Kingdom. She holds a B.Sc. in Psychology from the University of Surrey and an M.Sc. in Educational Psychology from Wrexham Glyndwr University, with specialization in social-emotional learning, mental health support, and assisting students with diverse learning needs. Most recently, she served as a school counselor at the Canadian International School in Amman, where she provided individual and group counseling, delivered pastoral care lessons for MYP students, and designed skill-based sessions for PYP learners. In the United Kingdom, she gained extensive experience supporting neurodiverse students as a teaching and learning assistant at Patcham High School in Brighton and as a learning support assistant at Guildford College, working with students with ADHD, ASC, and other learning needs through one-to-one and classroom-based interventions. Across these roles, she has built expertise in counseling, academic support, and designing inclusive programs that foster resilience, wellbeing, and social-emotional growth.

A member of the King’s Academy Class of 2018, Ms. Al Ali returned to the school in 2025 as a school counselor.
