Matthew Bryant

Matthew John Bryant is an experienced humanities teacher and department head with over five years of specialized teaching experience in international education settings. Most recently, he served as an IBDP Geography and MYP Individuals and Societies teacher at Windhoek International School, Namibia, where he developed curriculum aligned with IB MYP framework and taught IBDP Geography, while fulfilling pastoral responsibilities as homeroom teacher, supervising school football, and assisting student council activities. In his previous role as Head of Department of Humanities at Cambridge Academy Ethiopia (2020-2022), Mr. Bryant played a foundational role in establishing the school and successfully collaborating with senior management to achieve Pearson IGCSE examination center accreditation. He has extensive experience in boys' boarding establishments, including positions at Howick High School and Treverton College in South Africa (2016-2020).
