An experienced educator and writer with a diverse background spanning teaching, content creation, and research across multiple educational and media organizations, Ahmad Freihat previously taught 8^th grade English Language and Literature at Ahliyyah & Mutran while simultaneously working as a writer and researcher for Edin Learning, developing professional development content and educational materials. His professional experience spans lecturing at the American University of Madaba, serving as one of two editors at Jordan News, and freelance copy-editing for the Middle East Council on Global Affairs. A graduate of King’s Academy (’16), Mr. Freihat’s higher educational background includes an MSc in Urban Analytics and Visualizations from University of Warwick with a focus on cultural production in digital environments as well as an MA (Hons) in English Literature from the University of Edinburgh exploring medium and form in cultural expression. His technical skills encompass Unity development, R programming, QGIS mapping, Adobe Creative Suite, and multilingual proficiency in Arabic and English, complemented by published research on Syrian diaspora narratives and extensive creative writing across multiple formats including sketch comedy, plays, poetry, and novels.

In 2025, Mr. Freihat joined King’s Academy as a faculty member in the Department of Communication, Rhetoric, and the Literary Arts.
