Shorouq AbuJoudeh

Shorouq Abu Joudeh obtained a Bachelor’s degree in biochemistry in 2006 from Virginia Commonwealth University. After graduating, she began a career in education, teaching chemistry at Freedom High School in Woodridge, Virginia for six years. As her enthusiasm for learning grew, she pursued and received her Master’s degree in education psychology from the University of Virginia in 2011.
In 2014, Ms. Abu Joudeh joined the Secondary Technical School (STS) in the United Arab Emirates, where she taught chemistry and biology for eight years. During her time at STS, she held various roles including head of the health science department and professional learning program coordinator.
Ms. Abu Joudeh joined King’s Academy in 2022 as a faculty member teaching AP Chemistry in the Department of Physical and Life Sciences.
