Born and raised in Essex, England, Samuel Hennessy obtained a bachelor’s degree with honors in music from the University Centre Colchester, followed by a master’s degree in the production of popular music from Kingston University in London.

Mr. Hennessy has taught music technology, studio production and live sound engineering at East London Arts and Music and has taught music to ages ranging from early years to post sixteen qualifications. He is also a signed Sony ATV publishing client and a verified BeatStars producer and manages a business specializing in music production, instrumental licensing, online course creation and other audio services.

In 2021, Mr. Hennessy joined King’s Academy as a faculty member teaching digital music in the Department of Visual and Performing Arts, where he will also serve as a theater technical director.
