Nahid Ajluni was born in Beirut and raised in the United Kingdom and Jordan. She attended boarding school in Surrey before obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in medical technology and biology from Yarmouk University in 1988. She then went on to receive her diploma in clinical pathology (hematology and immunology) from Imperial College – University of London in 1991.

Prior to King’s Academy, Ms. Ajluni spent a decade working as head of the science lab at Amman Academy. Before that she worked for the Royal Medical Services (RMS) as a hematologist at Queen Alia Military Hospital, resigning from that post with the rank of captain.

In 2022, Ms. Ajluni was appointed science lab manager and robotics program manager.
